1) Eligibility (17+)
The Service is intended for users aged 17 and above. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 17 years old.
2) The Service
Ginerro helps you manage haircare and beauty records, such as saving photos, recording stylist and service details, tracking costs and satisfaction, browsing a timeline of looks, and viewing spending statistics. Features may change over time.
3) Your account
- Provide accurate information (such as name/username/email) and keep it updated.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4) Your content
The Service may allow you to submit or store content, such as photos and records (“User Content”).
- You retain ownership of your User Content.
- You grant Ginerro a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display User Content solely to provide, operate, and improve the Service, and to perform actions you request (such as generating outputs you initiate).
- You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights needed to provide it.
5) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe the rights of others (including intellectual property and privacy rights).
- Upload malware, harmful code, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Attempt to access or probe accounts or systems without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law.
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
6) Optional server-side processing (including AI-assisted features, if available)
Some features may offer optional server-side processing of images or text to generate results you request. Your use of such features is voluntary and subject to our Privacy Policy. You control whether you submit content for processing and whether you generate outputs.
7) Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree that we can collect and use information in accordance with that policy.
8) Intellectual property
The Service and all associated content and materials (excluding User Content) are owned by Ginerro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly allowed by these Terms.
9) Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation to you.
10) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or if necessary to protect the Service, our users, or our rights. Where reasonable, we will provide notice.
11) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or that any results generated will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.
12) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ginerro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from or related to your use of the Service.
If applicable law does not allow certain limitations, some limitations may not apply to you.
13) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Ginerro Team is primarily established, excluding its conflict of laws rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14) Dispute resolution and binding arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Where permitted, arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis. You and Ginerro agree that there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought as a class, collective, or representative action, and the arbitrator may award relief only to the extent necessary to resolve the individual dispute.
You may opt to resolve disputes in a small claims court if your claim qualifies, if permitted by applicable law.
15) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and, where appropriate, provide notice within the Service. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
