1) Who this policy is for
The Service is intended for users aged 17 and above. If you are not at least 17, do not use the Service.
2) What Ginerro does
Ginerro helps you manage haircare and beauty records. You can save photos of your haircuts, record stylist and service details, track costs, and view a timeline and statistics of your beauty spending and history.
3) Information we collect

5) Photos, face data, and biometrics
- We do not perform facial recognition and we do not create biometric templates from your photos.
- We do not use your photos to infer sensitive biometric identifiers.
- By default, your photos and records are stored locally on your device unless you choose to upload/sync them through features provided by the Service.
- We do not use your photos for advertising or marketing, and we do not use them to train third-party models.
6) Optional AI-assisted / server-side processing (if you choose to use it)
Some features may offer optional server-side processing of images or text to generate results you request. If you use these features:
- Processing occurs on our own servers controlled by Ginerro Team.
- We do not share the submitted images/text with any third party.
- We delete uploaded images/text promptly after processing is completed and the result is returned to you (typically immediately), except as needed to comply with law or protect our rights.
- You control whether to upload and generate content. You can choose not to use these features.
7) How we share information
We share information only on a minimum-necessary basis:
- With your consent: when you choose to share or direct us to share.
- With service providers (processors): vendors who process information on our behalf (e.g., infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, support tools) under contractual obligations.
- For legal reasons: to comply with law and lawful requests.
- To protect rights and safety: to enforce agreements and prevent fraud/security incidents.
We do not sell personal information.
8) International data transfers
Your information may be processed in other countries. When required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

- After account deletion: delete or anonymize within 30 days.
- Usage/analytics data: up to 12 months.
- Customer support content: up to 6 months.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/object, or withdraw consent (where applicable).
